His teaching lessons have won the “Excellent Lesson Award” issued by YMM headquarter for many times. With more than 6 years of experiences in children’s art education, he is familiar with child psychology. In teaching practice, he pays great attention to the inspiration and guidance of children’s inner thoughts by virtue of his strong ability to understand the inner world of children through presentation of artistic picture and classroom performance.With passion for children’s art education, he believes that educators are not to choose seeds, but to let each seed germinate, and fertilize and irrigate them according to growth properties of each, so that each seed can thrive.
